Key Highlights from Compal’s Sustainability Journey
- 100% Renewable Energy by 2050 – Compal has joined the RE100 initiative, committing to power all operations with renewable energy such as solar, wind, and hydro.
- Independently Verified Results – In 2025, SGS Taiwan verified Compal’s greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory under ISO 14064-1:2018, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
- Group-Wide Impact – Total group emissions in 2024 were 287,007.7 tCO₂e, supported by over 122,000 MWh of renewable energy certificates.
- Subsidiary Contribution – Within the group, Poindus Systems Corp. reported just 93.2 tCO₂e in 2024, and Adasys GmbH reported 28.3 tCO₂e, showing strong progress across subsidiaries.
- Protecting Nature – A global Biodiversity and No-Deforestation Policy now applies to all majority-owned subsidiaries, reinforcing environmental responsibility.
